Alternate Musashi attack:
Select versus mode, then hold Select when choosing Musashi at the character selection screen to unlock a two sword attack.
Alternate stages:
Select versus mode, then hold Select when choosing a stage at the selection screen. Note: Only some stages have an alternate version.
Dojo stage:
Select versus mode, then hold Select when selecting the random option at the stage selection screen.
